Requirements

Getting your Mortgage Dialer predictive dialing solution up and running is fast and easy.  Since it’s a hosted call center solution, the majority of the required components are installed and maintained by us, at our own facilities. 

So, all you need to get started is:

A standard desktop computer with the minimum configuration of:

  • Processor: Pentium III 1GHz or greater (Pentium IV 1.5 GHz dual core is recommended)
  • Memory: 512 MB or greater.  For the Partner Agent Bridge application, 512 MB is required, 1GB is recommended.
   
A high-speed Internet connection that supports a minimum of 64 kbps for bi-directional data and voice traffic, with an upload/download speed of at least 100 kpbs per agent.  DSL, Cable, or T1 are recommended. 
   
A USB-compatible headset, which can be found at any online or local electronics store.  We recommend Plantronics CS-50, DSP-400, or DSP-500 headsets for optimum voice quality. 
   

We currently do not support the following operating systems: MAC, Linux OS, or Microsoft 95/98 or ME OS. 

Other Requirements:

  • Internal network routers must support SIP protocol, and be connected to the Web via a static IP address.

  • All firewalls must allow for download of Java applications. 

  • Wireless networks are only supported in single-user environments, and only when the agent station is the only wireless device in use at the time.  However, because wireless networks, by nature, compromise connectivity and voice quality, wired connections are highly recommended with your mortgage telemarketing software.
